Information:

The Art development is in the heart of Chennai (Southern India) in one of its most exclusive neighborhoods. The building has three different blocks, with a total of 32 luxury apartments and common facilities and retail areas. Each apartment has 5,000 Sq. Ft. The residences are designed to ensure maximum cross ventilation and controlled sun exposure. The design objective is to create an experience of belonging and an integration between the exteriors and the interiors.  Local materials and construction systems are used to facilitate the speed of construction.
