“The top new European architects and designers”
The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design congratulates Alfredo Muñoz [Founder of ABIBOO Studio] as a 2016/7 Laureate of “Europe 40 Under 40.”
40 architects, landscape architects and designers were selected this year by a jury of architecture and design practitioners from The European Centre’s International Advisory Committee composed of some of Europe and the United States’ most prestigious architecture and industrial design offices.
Europe 40 Under 40® celebrates the next new talented generation of European architects and designers. The program is directed to support new and emerging design talents that will influence the near future of European design, thinking, and theory with the direct consequence of impacting future environments and future European and international cities. The key is to bring wider recognition to 40 of the most promising emerging professionals working in the European Union and other countries inside Europe, fostering and encouraging new talent and new creative thinking at the forefront of tomorrow’s profession.

40 arquitectos, paisajistas y diseñadores fueron seleccionados este año por un jurado de arquitectos y diseñadores del Comité Asesor Internacional del Centro Europeo, compuesto por miembros de algunas de las oficinas de arquitectura y diseño industrial más prestigiosas de Europa y los Estados Unidos.
Europe 40 Under 40® celebra la nueva generación de talentos que son arquitectos y diseñadores europeos. El programa está dirigido a apoyar a los emergentes talentos del diseño que influirán en el futuro próximo del diseño, el pensamiento y la teoría europeos con la consecuencia directa de impactar en los futuros entornos y en las futuras ciudades europeas e internacionales. La misión es reconocer a 40 de los profesionales emergentes más prometedores que trabajan en la Unión Europea y en otros países de Europa, para fomentar y alentar a nuevos talentos y pensamientos creativos en la vanguardia de la profesión del mañana.
